Refund Policy

My primary goal is to provide the best possible service to my clientele. If for any reason you are not satisfied with these services, I will be more than happy to issue you a refund for services not performed. If you have paid for a package in full, you will be refunded for sessions and services not yet used.

Cancellation Policy

I work on an appointment-based schedule to allow you the private and individualized time required for your personal-training session. Because of this schedule, it is important that clients provide adequate notice when they need to cancel an appointment. This means a cancellation should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel a training session within the time stated above may result in the client being charged for that session. I understand that in times of emergencies and illness this is not always possible. Circumstances such as these will always be taken into consideration.

What to Expect During Your First Session

Before Your Initial Session
  1. Make sure you eat something solid about two hours before your appointment.
  2. Try to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
  3. Try to get plenty of rest the night before.
  4. If coming to your appointment from work, pack your gym clothes the night before.
During the Session

Your first session with me won’t be that hard — the session is designed so that I can learn about you, (body measurements and vital statistics) and your body’s strength and weaknesses by performing a series of evaluations. The goal here is for you to do the best you can, but not to overdo it. We aren’t looking for any feats of Herculean strength!

If at any time you feel faint, nauseous, sick, dizzy, or just plain ol’ not good, be sure to tell me. I will immediately stop whatever we are doing. Your health and well being is my primary concern!

After the Session

Be sure to keep drinking water to keep hydrated. This can improve your body’s recovery. Make sure you eat within a two-hour period after training. Those are the basics! I look forward to seeing you at your first session!
